With roots dating back to the 1950s and to Tataroğlu Hafriyat, established in 1998, Viya Real Estate brings decades of substantial construction experience in Türkiye. Following intense demand, we introduced 52 additional villas, followed by 23 more, again in Gerakini, under the name THE Concept Villas. With the addition of social facilities and a private beach, the project reached its final form and evolved into The Villas Resort. Very soon, The Villas Resort will begin welcoming guests under the management of an international hospitality brand, marking its entry into full-scale tourism operations. Our real estate journey, which began in the 1950s, continues today with investments across Türkiye and various international markets. Our goal remains unchanged: to create a long-term success story that consistently delivers value to our investors.
