  • Ömer Faruk Kahraman is a real estate entrepreneur specializing in international real estate investments and investor migration, adding value through his work on tourism-real estate integration and the creation of hybrid real estate models. He managed the concept, feasibility, development, and tourism integration processes, as well as the sales, marketing, and Golden Visa application stages for The Lotus Villas, The Villas Resort, and most recently, the Oliville Halkidiki projects in Halkidiki, Greece. Over the past 7 years, he has provided consulting services in the field of Investor Migration to over 700 investors and worked with them one-on-one.

    He was the founder and first employee of Viya Citizenship Services, established under the Viya umbrella, and played an active role alongside İsrafil Kahraman in bringing over $250 million in qualified foreign investment to Turkey. In 2020, he founded InvestGC, taking on a pioneering and leading role in the development of international real estate investment instruments for Turkish investors. Currently, as CEO of InvestGC and Vice President of Viya International, he manages the projects developed and being developed by the Viya Group in Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia. He introduced the terms hybrid real estate and Double Income System to the Greek real estate market and made significant contributions to transforming Halkidiki from a little-known gem into the country’s most popular investment destination.

    He is also closely involved with the academic aspects of Citizenship and Residency Programs through Investment. He has provided consultancy services with detailed reports and proposals to the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey regarding Citizenship and Residency Programs through Investment in Turkey, as well as to the governments of Barbados, Samoa, Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia regarding Citizenship Programs through Investment that they are considering launching.

    He graduated from Üsküdar American High School and completed his university education at Boğaziçi University’s Department of Business Administration. He has also held active roles in civil society as a member of the DEİK Turkey-Greece Business Council, one of the first members of the Investment Migration Council in Turkey, a member of the Boğaziçi Summit Committee, and a member of the Beşiktaş JK Congress.
