Each of the 5-star hotels in Halkidiki averages over 75% occupancy (for the 6-month summer season, from April to September). So they are occupied on average 135 days a year. We will be taking a more conservative figure of 108 days as a reference point for our business.
The 11 resorts in Halkidiki average over 1000 euros per night. We will be targeting an average of 200 Euros per unit and 400 Euros per villa, both to increase our occupancy rate and to be a more affordable alternative.
400 Euros in 108 days is 43,200 Euros. 25% of this will be paid to the management for bills and maintenance costs. 75% is 32.400 Euros. The rent that we aim to pay to our investors in June and September in 3-month periods is 32.400 Euros and above.
